Scope Confirmation

1 · Customer / Job

Anchors the document. An install date is locked only after this scope is signed.

2 · What FCC Handles — Prep, Fees & Compliance

Checked = included. Price it if it's billable.

PASS-THRU = customer pays the actual HOA / permit fee; FCC bills it back once known. Tear-out includes haul-away. Dirt removal is not included unless priced. GetASitePlan.com is a site plan for permit/HOA layout — NOT a legal boundary survey.

⚠ Private Utilities — customer must mark. FCC is NOT liable for private / unmarked utilities.

3 · Fence Build

Every category must be picked. Anything left blank shows as NOT CONFIRMED on the printed scope.

SSignature / Standard (included) UUpgrade / priced option VVerify / Custom — needs FCC approval & lead time

4 · Gate Confirmation

⚠ EVERY GATE MUST BE WRITTEN HERE. IF IT IS NOT LISTED, IT IS NOT INCLUDED.

Each gate is set independently — single or double, its own width, hardware and location. Nothing is assumed centered.

Drop rod is standard on double gates. Larger walk gates are a special order (lead time + cost).

Tie-In / Starting Points — required

⚠ If a run does NOT tie in at a rear corner of the house, write the measured distance from that rear corner. This is the starting point the crew builds from.

5 · Layout / Site Drawing

Freehand, not to scale — same spirit as a hand sketch on paper. Draw it relative to the house.

Legend: — fence line · ↺ gate · ◎ tie-in · □ structure · text for typed measurements ("62 ft", "gate here"). Nothing here is measured or calculated.

Footage by Run

From the sketch. Total is a simple sum of what you type — no takeoffs, no pricing.

Ad Hoc Additions

Anything that doesn't fit the structured categories. No pricing here — that lives in the Estimator.

Notes / Special Instructions

Custom caps, pool code, site access, customer-supplied items, mixed builds by run, anything worth flagging.

6 · Pricing Summary typed only — no math, no takeoffs

Pricing lives in the Estimator. These fields just carry the agreed numbers onto the signed scope. (Appears on the full scope doc only.)

Review & Print

Same data, two documents. Both print clean to 8.5×11.
